You can pay for your prescriptions using any of the following methods: debit/credit card or internet banking

You can order drugs from Mana Pharmacy using one of the methods listed below.

E-Prescription

• Obtain a consultation with the required specialist through the internet.
• After a successful consultation in the chat room, you’ll receive an e-prescription.
• Click the ‘Order Meds’ tab on the e-prescription.
• Your prescription medications will be added to your shopping basket.
• Select/enter your address and preferred payment method to place your order.

Prescription Document 

• Take a photo of the prescription.
• Select the ‘Upload Prescription’ tab and then ‘Choose from Gallery’ under the ‘Buy Medicine’ section.
• Then, under the ‘Submit Prescription’ option, select a delivery address.
• Your prescription will be checked in the backend, and the medications will be placed in your cart accordingly.
• If there is any uncertainty about your prescription, our pharmacy team will call you for clarification.
• You can also go to Medicine and click Take a Photo after selecting Upload Prescription.

Any medicine labelled as “Rx” on our platform (website, app) requires a prescription before it may be dispensed. If you do not have a prescription but want to buy the ‘Rx’ indicated drugs, you can consult with a doctor and get a prescription by clicking on the ‘Consult A Doctor’ option. If you have a prescription, you can order medications directly from Mana Pharmacy by going to the ‘Order Meds’ tab. You do not need a prescription to purchase over-the-counter (OTC) medications.

Any prescription that includes the doctor’s name, patient’s name, medicine, prescription date, and doctor’s signature/stamp is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, according to government laws.

You will only be sent an invoice at the time of delivery by the assigned delivery agent after purchasing your medicines or any other healthcare products in general. However, by following the instructions below, you can see your order summary via the app/website.

• On the homepage, click the ‘Buy Medicines’ tab.
• Go to the ‘My Orders’ tab.
• You’ll see a list of all the orders you’ve placed.
• Choose the order you want to read the invoice summary for.
• To view the invoice, go to the ‘Order Summary’ tab.

Follow the steps outlined below to cancel your order.

• On the homepage, go to the ‘Buy Medicines’ link and select ‘My Orders.’
• You’ll be taken to the order page if you select any recent order.
• To cancel an order, click the Vertical Icon (⁞) and then the ‘Cancel Order’ tab.
• On the screen, a dialogue box will display.

• Choose a reason for your cancellation and submit your request by clicking the “Submit Request” button.

You can contact our customer care through email with your order details to info@manapharmacy.com.my for any updates on your order, such as delivery date and time.

Absolutely! You can contact our helpline through email with your order details to info@manapharmacy.com.my for rescheduling of your order.

To track your order, go to ‘Buy Medicines’ and then ‘My Orders.’ Then click on ‘Track Order’ after selecting the order. You will be informed of the status of your order.

Use the download button marked by the symbol (↓) to download your e-prescription generated during an online consultation.

By selecting the ‘Buy Medicines’ or ‘Health Records’ tabs, you can upload a prescription. The ‘Upload Prescription’ button can be found under both of these tabs.

The following factors may cause your prescriptions to be rejected:

• The prescription’s expiration date has lapsed (6 months from date of issue)
• The prescription’s image is a little blurry.

Send us an email at info@manapharmacy.com.my with photos of all the things you received, as well as the invoice, and we’ll look into it.

Don’t be concerned! Simply send us an email with photographs of the damaged products to info@manapharmacy.com.my and we’ll make sure you get a replacement or a refund.
