General:

Mana Pharmacy (“we,” “us”) provides services to all individuals accessing or using our platform for any reason (“you,” “yours,” “User”), subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions,” “Agreement”), read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy available here. You agree to all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement by accessing or browsing the Platform and using the Services (as defined below). You may stop using or accessing the Platform if you disagree with any aspect of the Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility:

You represent that you meet the following primary eligibility conditions when you use the Platform:

You are at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who will be deemed the beneficiary / end-user of the Services (as defined in these Terms and Conditions) for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.

If you are under the age of 18, your parents or legal guardians, if they are registered users, can transact on your behalf. You are not permitted to purchase any material that is forbidden from being sold or purchased to/by minors and is intended for adult consumption only.

You have not previously been suspended or removed from the Services by Mana Pharmacy or any other Mana group organization, or have been disqualified for any other reason

If Mana determines that you are under the age of 18, Mana Group retains the right to revoke your membership and/or refuse to provide you with access to the Mana Platform.

Our Services

We provide the following services (“Services”) to you via the Platform:

Medicines, including over-the-counter drugs, other pharmaceutical products, and certain fast-moving consumer goods, such as cosmetics and food products, as well as private label products (“Products”), are displayed, advertised, sold, and delivered.

Any other service that the Platform makes available from time to time. Mana, and no other Mana entity, are entirely responsible for the selling and purchase of Products on the Mana Platform. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by transacting on the Mana Platform for any Products [or Services], and you are only entitled to assert any and all available remedies, under contract or law, against Mana Group. You also agree and understand that Mana pharmacy is the exclusive seller and fulfiller of the Products you have purchased.
